seven months after the university was cited with 20 animal welfare violations a return inspection by the USDA finds 6 repeat-violations, from expired medication to unnecessarily painful tests. with possible fines of up to $10,000 per day the university is going to scramble to get themselves out of this one.
yet, the testing goes on... because "monkeys are not us."
