also in california, a rescued cat named christopher lives in a vet clinic where he helps save kitty lives and soothes the sick and dying.

"he'll often paw at a cage door to be let in so he can comfort and clean a cat in there."  aww.  what a wonderful guy.

a new webcomic features two special needs cats, homer and ajax, teaming up to fight the gulf oil spill and other devious things.

you might remember homer as the blind cat we blogged about last year and the character of ajax was inspired by oscar, the kitty who has bionic back legs.

just another fun way to get special needs cats some attention and give us some LOLs.
