no kill is spreading despite the tough times. using the philosophy of thinking outside the box enterprising shelters are finding new ways to raise money and save lives. some are even lucky enough to have benefactors with cool cars and big hearts step in to save the day.they say hard times bring out the best in people. it certainly seems that way.
