biden on the loose in madtown

holy nypd blue!  cops were everywhere today. (which is a good thing - more donuts for lucy).

turns out vice prez biden was in town to fire up the voters ahead of the november elections.  surrrre he was.  and it just happens to be thirsty thursday, right?
